2016 Restaurant Spotlight: Farm To Fork

11329823_811103568978447_7624911942724614059_nFarm To Fork is proud to hold the title of Best in Show at last year’s first annual Old Town Street Festival and is excited to return this year. Chef Shelley Pogue has every intention of stepping it up a notch.

“Last year we used the festival to reach out to the community so people knew where we were,” says Pogue, who opened the restaurant in February 2015. This year she plans to offer higher end food in hopes to attract potential new customers to the restaurant and delight loyal customers.

“Leander is growing…we’re growing,” she says, stating that Leander reminds her of her hometown of Mesquite before it got big.

The restaurant sources fresh food depending on what is in season, so many menu items vary based on the time of year. Some menu staples are a beef tenderloin sandwich, the “bacon triple threat grilled cheese”, and a turkey BLT wrap.

Farm To Fork provides fresh, locally grown foods that are non-gmo and organic. They are located at 11880 Old FM 2243 West Ste #201 between 183 and Bagdad.

We are also excited to welcome Alamo Bound BBQ, Blue Corn Harvest, Christen’s Gourmet Pralines, Delightful Me Bakery, Kay’s Kitchen, King of Pop!, Kona Ice, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Schlotzsky’s, and Sticky Bunz to our current food lineup this year.

See you all on May 21st!
