Our festival is rain or shine, so unless we have severe weather, we are game on!
We have so many activities and fun events planned.
We also have tents being setup for guests and since there is rain in the forecast, we are going to allow you to bring your own pop-up tents.
We aren’t going to let a little rain get us down…see you in Old Town!
The following map outlines the parking areas and street closures for the Old Town Street Festival. Street closures begin on Friday, May 19th at noon. All streets will reopen on Saturday evening after the last guest has departed Old Town. Can’t wait to see you in Old Town!
The deadline to be a vendor is this Friday, May 5th at 12 NOON. Be sure to get your applications in ASAP!!

The festival is getting close and we need your help. Old Town Street Festival can not happen without people just like you working together to help create memories in Old Town.

The April 1st deadline for the $50 discount on booth fees is almost here. After April 1st, the cost goes up to $185.
Be sure to send in your application with a $135 check postmarked no later than April 1! Can’t wait to shop with you!
Anton and the Alley Cats is very versatile band playing a mixture of oldies, classic country, rockabilly and Czech polkas and waltzes. Steven Anton Raby, leader of the band, comes from a long line of musical genres. For several years he was lead vocalist and pianist for the legendary Johnny Dee & the Rocket 88’s band. Anton and the Alley Cats is a fun band who has something for all ages. See you on the 20th!
The 1st annual Old Town 5K will take place in Old Town Leander. This chip timed event starts in the Heart of Old Town and tours through the streets of Leander. The course is flat and fast with no hills or rough terrain. The post-race festival will include children’s activities, adult beverages/wine tasting, food trailers, and music. This 5K will have limited participation, so sign up early to ensure you can join us for this exciting event.
Race Details and Schedule:
DETAILS: The Old Town 5K Saturday May 20 at 8:30am. The chip-timed course is mostly flat & fast. The race will begin and finish at 100 N. Brushy St. in Old Town Leander. Every 5K entrant will receive a high quality shirt of his/her choice and Old Town $5 in food and beverage tokens.
PACKET PICK UP: Race packets can be picked up at the Leander Chamber of Commerce from 8AM-5PM May 15-18, 8AM-noon on May 19, & at 7:30a on race day.
PRIZES: The 5K awards ceremony will follow the completion of the race with a first place gold medal awarded to the top finisher in each age categories (0-12, 13-19, 20-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56-64, 66+) for male and female. Each Child will receive a medal as they cross the finish line.
PARKING: Parking is available in the LISD parking lots surrounding Old Town and along the streets of Old Town. NOTE–For easy access to the lots follow these directions. From Crystal Falls Parkway, turn onto S. West Drive. Follow S.West Drive North towards Old Town. Lots will be on your right and left as you get close to Old Town. These lots are not accessible from 183.

OTSF 2017 is filling up quick and we are excited to welcome back vendors from the past 2 years and give a warm welcome to new vendors participating for the first time. We can’t wait to see how OTSF grows and evolves each year, and as always we keep a lookout for talented and and unique artists and artisans from around Central Texas. If you or somebody you know is interested and want to get in on the action, we encourage you to submit an application. Booth fees are a $50 discount at $135 only until April 1st, so hurry and get yours in!
